The Crown Casino in Perth has re-opened after 20 people were evacuated because of a chlorine gas leak.

The Casino was closed for two hours while the gas was cleared from the venue.

Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokesman Allen Gale says several people required hospital treatment.

"People were coughing and sore eyes those who were very close to the main leakage to also got some skin irritation as well," he said.
