It
was announced today that Foxtel has commissioned a
second series of the hugely successful History Channel
production, Tony Robinsons Time Walks.
To premiere on The History Channel in early 2014,
the 10 x 30 minute series will see iconic British
actor, comedian and television presenter Tony Robinson
reprise his role as host.
Best-known for his role as Baldrick in the cult comedy
Blackadder, Tony has several successful television
productions under his belt including the hugely popular
Tony Robinson Explores Australia which is, to date,
the highest-rating series ever on The History Channel,
followed closely by the first series of Tony Robinsons
Time Walks.
In series two, Tony will bring his signature storytelling
approach to ten brand new locations: The Barossa Valley,
Canberra, Parramatta, Geelong, Townsville, Kalgoorlie,
Wellington, Christchurch, Alice Springs and Uluru.

Tony brings such great energy and perspective

back on board for another series.

Tony Robinsons Time Walks will commence production
in April 2013 and will go to air on The History Channel
in early 2014.

Entertainment and is exclusive to The History Channel.
