The
Central Coast Italian Festival is the largest regional
cultural event on the Central Coast. 2010, 2011, 2012
& 2013 saw our inaugural event go off with great
success. Over 70,000 people have joined in the celebration
of a culture steeped in history since our first festival.
Join us to celebrate all things Italian on Saturday
26th and Sunday 27th April 2014.
Vino, birra, cuisine, coffee, traditional folk dancing,
music, song, comedy, cars, fashion, film, merchandise,
travel and language.
On the 26th & 27th of April, the quiet seaside
village of Ettalong Beach Tourist Resort will be transformed
into a bustling hub of Italian culture, when the annual
Central Coast Italian Festival returns to the coast.
The resort is inspired by Mediterranean architecture,
adorned with Italian Renaissance artwork, furnished
with antiques including authentic Hollywood Film Cameras,
enclaved with stained glass windows depicting all
the Australian states and is an eclectic
village!
The
original festival was planned in response to residents,
businesses and tourists in the Ettalong Beach area,
commenting on the unique venue found at Ettalong Beach
Tourist Resort and its potential to hold community
events.
Owned,
built and managed by Jerry Altavilla, Ettalong Beach
Tourist Resort complex started out as a modest Market
place, it has grown into a resort filled with culture
and activity, boasting:
The largest undercover markets on the Central Coast
A 6 screen state of the art cinema complex
40 + room boutique motel
Over 15 international restaurants
5 Function Rooms - including the stunning Piazza St
Pano & St Vittorino
