Looks
like you can go home again at Marvel Entertainment:
Rob Steffens is back as CFO of the Disney-owned studio,
replacing Chris Acquaviva who the company says today
is leaving amicably
to pursue new opportunities.
Steffens will report to Marvel Chairman Isaac Permutter.
Acquaviva
will help Steffens through the transition into
his new role. Marvel adds that Mindy Hamilton
has come over from Paramount to be Global Partnerships
SVP and will report to Steffens.
The
CFO is reclaiming a gig he left in 2013 when he moved
to become CFO and COO of Lorne Michaels Broadway
Video. Steffens had spent 11 years as a member of
the team that built Marvel and in 2009 sold it to
Disney. He also served as EVP Of Operations And Planning
for Marvel Entertainment and General Manager of Operations
And Finance for Marvel Studios.
