One of the best managers and talkers in WWE history, Paul Heyman, during an interview with Awfulannouncing.com, claimed that he works 22 hours a day:
“I work about 22 hours a day and I enjoy every moment of it,” Heyman claimed. “I don’t sleep that much, I come from a long line of insomniacs. I enjoy my life too much. I don’t have time to turn off the switch.”
The creative force behind ECW continued, “If I’m sleeping I hope I’m dreaming of what project I’m going to be launching the next morning. This is too much for me. There’s too much enjoyment in what I do. I am genuinely exhilarated every single morning when my feet hit the ground because I truly enjoy the plethora of jobs that I have.”
Paul Heyman is the co-owner of the Looking4Larry Agency in New York City. He was named one of Advertising Age's Top 100 Global Marketers, and continues to work for both WWE and his agency with dual full-time career. Apart from his managing role, Heyman was also SmackDwon General Manager. He was the lead writer for SmackDown! from July 2002 to February 2003 as well.
