The
notorious Playboy Mansion is set to go on sale with
an asking price of $US200m.
Celebrity
website TMZ reports the 1927 Los Angeles residence
of Hugh Hefner is set to be listed by the end of the
month.
According
to the website's real estate sources the buyer will
be required to give Hugh Hefner a life estate, meaning
he can continue to live in the mansion until he dies.
Prospective
purchasers of the properties are permitted to tour
the address but will be reportedly barred from entering
Hef's room.
