The
new trailer for the upcoming 'Point Break' reboot
has made a splash online, with fans getting their
first look at the new Johnny Utah and Bodhi in action.
The
remake of the 1981 classic of the same name stars
Australian former Home and Away actor Luke Bracey
as undercover cop Utah, infiltrating a gang of extreme
sports loving eco-terrorists lead by Edgar Ramirez
as Bodhi.
Directed
by Ericson Core the reboot also stars Australian Teresa
Palmer as the female lead.
There
have been mixed reviews on social media so far with
some fans saying the new trailer looks amazing, others
saying it looks like the movie has been entirely shot
using a GoPro.
The
new film is due to land in Australian cinemas on January
1, 2016.
