It may be the house that Bruno Sammartino built, with some assistance in the 80s from the likes of Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea), but ultra talented UFC - WWE cross over star Ronda Rousey will be looking to make a massive impact when she steps into action at The Garden this coming July.

The WWE is doing what's known as a house show at the famous arena. This may or may not be broadcast on the WWE Network, likely not at time of publication, however the Media Man agency expects that some if not all matches will be taped for potential future broadcast via their network and / or for DVD sales and the like.

It will make Rousey's MSG debut for the world's famous famous arena, although Rousey did perform down the road in New Jersey for WrestleMania which was held this past April.

WWE's events at The Garden are one of the largest house gates of the year. That's a full year, the WWE does not have an off season at this stage of the game, although some wrestlers and sports media have called for their to be an off season to help their sports entertainers (professional wrestlers) rest up.

Tickets are currently available on a pre-sale (using the code "WWELIVE") and will go on sale to the general public on April 13th at 10 a.m. Eastern time.

An old press clipping from Madison Square Garden. The house that Bruno Sammartino built. Little doubt current WWE superstar A.J Styles will say its the house that he built, as per Styles' catch phrase. Expect a Japanese "invasion" on the card via way of Shinsuke Nakamura
