What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is simply – NLP is an attitude. It’s about being curious and adventurous and wanting to learn new skills. NLP is a methodology. Our behaviour has a structure, which can be modelled, learned taught and changed. NLP It is an innovated technology which helps you organise information and shift your perceptions to achieve results with amazing outcomes.

Neurological – to do with neurology and your brain. It’s your nervous system and your five senses which receive information, process to give you your view of the wold.
Linguistic is to do with language. The words we use are very powerful. Also the way we give meaning to things we perceive through non-verbal communication. Awareness of our self talk can change our attitude. Easily, with guidance.
Programming is reprogramming your brain. How to organise our communication and neurological systems to be the way you want to be. For specific results and goals.
NLP is simple and easy, which can be quick changes. It is not analysing or asking “why?”

All resources an individual needs to effect a change are already within them.

Here’s some guidelines for helping Ally help you with your Transformational Relationship Coach sessions: (please send these details)

Any previous experience with a coach, therapist or psychiatrist.
Physical health issues and medications you’re on.

Sometimes in just one or two sessions, you can get the strategies you need to move past what is holding you back.

Many people get STUCK in the past and ruin their future because of their own blind spots. You can release negative beliefs, let go of limiting and transparent beliefs to create the life you want and deserve! All in a safe, confidential space.

Couples Program – For Couples seeking to resolve relationship issues with personal coaching . 4 sessions are individual, 4 are together.
