Steve Austin Announced For Las Vegas

We've reported previously that WWE will be holding a special event in Las Vegas on January 8th, 2014.

Steve Austin has just been announced to appear, along with other big names. This adds to the speculations that this presentation and announcement will have something to do with the WWE Network and its upcoming launch, set for February 24th, 2014.

Vince McMahon has already been listed to appear at the event, alongside Shawn Michaels, John Cena, Triple H, and the aforementioned Steve Austin.

While it's not confirmed this event is being held specifically for a WWE Network announcement, Vince is certainly bringing in some big stars for the presentation.

The event is being held at the Encore Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, the same week as the 2014 International CES, a consumer and electronics trade show. WWE has made regular appearances at the international event in the past. Last year at the CES event, WWE showcased their App, which had launched just a few months prior.
