It's an interesting title for an article, particularly on this new media platform, but it was time - time to once again break down society walls and taboo type topics.

We are need a reason... or reasons, to keep on living. What gets you out of bed in the morning? For me, its a range of things, all of which help keep me feeling the best version of me possible.

If you've experienced life and mixed in various circles you have likely lost a number of loved ones over the years, and not all from natural causes. You don't need to once again hear that suicide is a massive issue in society. Needless to say, for some people suicide is their solution as life becomes too much.

In my estimation the key to a happy life... a happy day, a happy week et al, is doing things that make you happy. For me, a world class cappuccino, often at Maroubra Beach or Bondi Beach, a swim, a surf (still improving my skills and I have a longboard which has been a real headache to get to the beach due to its size). medication, a light workout and jog, and meeting up and chatting with friends and associates that make me feel good. Then there's family related matters too, which I keep pretty private.

It seems that having balance in one's life also adds happiness and enjoyment. Enjoy your family and friends, get some enjoyment out of your work or business, and just find positives in everyday aspects of your life.

Well, fortunately this (true)... fact is stranger than fiction, does have a happy continuation and ending.

Needless to stay, and quite obviously, I'm still alive, and my heath and happiness is such that I live to "fight" another day, and hopefully many more decades

Not only was this bearing of the soul quite therapeutic for me, but my hope is that my strength can also help others. If I can help save even one life that is worth it.

The world can be a tough place, but if we help and assistance even one person at a time we can and will make a difference. We are all connected. The land, the sea, the sky... I'm off to reconnect with the ocean which is a bit part of my heaven on Earth. How about you? Do what makes you happy, and keep creating your own reality.
