Joe Rogan On Tom Aspinall

“The Tom Aspinall-Ciryl Gane thing was a f*cking disaster” ...“I mean, that’s a disaster. Tom Aspinall still can’t see. He’s got a f*cked-up right eyeball still. The reality is he might not ever fight again. Like, who knows? If he has surgery on his eye, and it doesn’t go well and he can’t see out of the eye … apparently he’s still f*cked up in his right eye. There’s some tendon damage or something. Eyes are so tricky, you never know.”

“Unless you’re a complete psychopath like Michael Bisping, who fought 11 fights in the UFC blind in one eye, which is so crazy that he did that” ... “I hope Tom gets back in because again, we don’t really know what’s going on with his eye. And for all the critics, you need to know this.

“The right eye, that’s the problem, but if you look at when he fought, his left eye, the finger went deeper in his left eye than it did his right eye. So if you think he’s faking it, he was knuckle-deep in that f*cking left eye. It’s horrible to see.”

WWE's Gunther On Joining The Company

"Yes I did and that's why I didn't sign with them for a bit before I actually went" ... "It was definitely a thought. I never saw myself in WWE, I always thought I would, if things go well, I would work in Japan and that's my jam and that's where I fit. That never happened really and yeah, now we're here, so it's like it shows it's like it's hard to predict. You should never like cancel anything out in your life when it comes to possibilities and stuff like that, and I never expected it to fit that well as it does, but here we are and I think as long as I can be here and be a good contrast to everybody else and provide something different, I think that's why it fits and as long as I can do it, I think I'm going to have a good position here." Freestyle Wrestling Legend Gable Steveson Goes On Record Re Time With WWE

“Honestly, I had a great experience. I have nothing wrong with anybody there. TKO was great. ‘Triple H’ Paul Levesque was great, Stephanie, Vince, everybody was great.“

“I just had a competitive drive that I needed to get out. And so, you know when you have that gap there, you can’t do both. I was trying to bridge both, and I wasn’t giving my 100 percent to the business. And if I’m not going to give 100 percent to the business, then you might as well X me out because it’s already over with. That’s practically how it happened.” GS

Real American Freestyle (RAF)

Real American Freestyle (RAF) is a professional freestyle wrestling promotion that launched in 2025. Founded by Chad Bronstein, Terri Francis, and the late WWE legend Hulk Hogan, the league aims to redefine "professional wrestling" as an unscripted, legitimate athletic competition rather than scripted entertainment.

Core Features and Mission

Unscripted Competition: Unlike traditional pro wrestling (WWE/AEW), RAF features real matches with no predetermined outcomes.

Elite Athlete Roster: The promotion signs Olympic gold medalists, NCAA champions, and high-profile MMA fighters. Notable athletes include Henry Cejudo, Kyle Dake, Gable Steveson, and Wyatt Hendrickson.

Professional Platform: Historically, amateur wrestlers lacked a path to earn money professionally. RAF provides a platform for these athletes to profit from their skills while maintaining eligibility for active NCAA wrestlers through NIL sponsorships.

Rules and Scoring

RAF uses modified freestyle wrestling rules designed to encourage high-amplitude throws and intense action:

Match Structure: Matches consist of three periods of two minutes each, totaling six minutes.

Scoring:

5 Points: High-amplitude throws from standing.

2 Points: Takedowns and exposing the opponent's back from the ground.

1 Point: Reversals, step-outs (pushing an opponent out of bounds), or shot clock violations.

Ending a Match: Bouts end by pinfall, technical fall (a 10-point lead), or the expiration of time. Ties are decided by "criteria," typically awarding the win to the wrestler who scored the last point.

Recent and Upcoming Events (2025–2026)

The promotion's flagship events, known as RAF cards, air exclusively on Fox Nation.

RAF 04 (Dec 20, 2025): Held in Fishers, Indiana. Wyatt Hendrickson retained his Heavyweight Title against Mason Parris.

RAF 05 (Jan 10, 2026): Scheduled for Sunrise, Florida, featuring a main event between UFC veterans Colby Covington and Luke Rockhold.

RAF 06 (Feb 28, 2026): Set for Tempe, Arizona, headlined by Henry Cejudo vs. Urijah Faber.

Television Series: A weekly two-hour live series is slated to begin airing in early 2026.

Drew McIntyre Burns Dusty Rhodes Photo in WWE Title Challenge to Cody

On the first SmackDown of 2026, McIntyre announced punishing rules for his Undisputed WWE Championship match against Cody Rhodes next Friday in Berlin: a straight wrestling match, falls count anywhere, and a steel cage if needed. Rhodes charged the ring in fury but was held back by security as McIntyre invoked family legacy to stoke the rivalry. Fans are divided, with some rooting for McIntyre's European homecoming win and others backing Rhodes to defend his title amid rumors of bigger challengers ahead.

WWE's AJ Styles Slams Fan's AEW Career-End Suggestion

Styles quoted a fan claiming he should have ended his Hall of Fame run in AEW for its style over WWE money, calling it one of the 'dumbest things' ever said in a Jeopardy!-style jab that racked up over 7,000 likes. The 48-year-old TNA and NJPW legend chose WWE a decade ago, winning two championships and feuding with Cena and Reigns despite recent injuries. Fans split along WWE-AEW lines, with some praising his packed-arena choice and others pushing dream matches, but Styles stays loyal to WWE as his exit nears.

Drew McIntyre Reveals Brutal Three Stages of Hell for Cody Rhodes Title Match

On SmackDown's season premiere in Buffalo, McIntyre announced the stipulations for his Undisputed WWE Championship match against Rhodes next week in Berlin: first a standard wrestling match, then falls count anywhere, and finally inside a steel cage. The personal attack escalated their feud after McIntyre invaded Rhodes' bus and torched the family photo, drawing a 'FOUL' from WWE. Triple H hyped the throwback 'Three Stages of Hell' clash at Uber Arena on January 9, as fans debate if McIntyre can dethrone the champ or see his main event run end.

“We’ve been in the same circles for a while. He’s still ranked 3, which puts me right back into a conversation that I want to be a part of, and I think it’ll be a fun fight. I think it’ll be a good fight to watch. I’d love to be on that.” RW

Seven weighs new bid for next NRL rights

There is speculation that Seven West Media could pursue new talks with US-based NBCUniversal regarding a joint venture streaming service if the proposed merger with Southern Cross Media Group proceeds. Industry sources have indicated that NBCUniversal's requirement for the Stokes family to reduce their stake in Seven West to just 20 per cent had been a 'deal breaker' when the talks were held in 2022. The Stokes family's stake will fall to 20 per cent if the merger with Southern Cross goes ahead. Seven insiders have also suggested that having its own streaming service could also Seven to bid for the NRL broadcasting rights; Seven has limited options at present given that its holds the AFL rights. News Flashback

UFC Fighters Banned for Life

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) maintains a strict code of conduct, anti-doping policies, and zero-tolerance stance on criminal behavior, leading to lifetime bans for several fighters over the years. These bans are typically enforced by UFC President Dana White, the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC), or anti-doping agencies like USADA (now CSAD). While some fighters have been released or suspended without a formal "lifetime" label, the following list compiles the most notable cases of permanent bans from competing in the UFC, based on documented incidents.

Note that a few (like Wanderlei Silva) have had bans partially lifted over time, but they remain ineligible or have retired.

Year Banned
Reason for Ban
Key Details & Aftermath

Randy Couture
2007
Contract disputes, public criticism of UFC management, and association with rival promotion Xtreme Fighting Championships (XFC).

The Hall of Famer and two-division champion was effectively persona non grata with Dana White. He returned in 2011 after reconciliation but retired shortly after.

Rousimar Palhares
2013
Refusing to release submissions after the referee stopped fights (e.g., heel hook on Mike Pierce at UFC Fight Night 29).

Known as a "heel hook specialist," his unsportsmanlike conduct led to a swift release. He competed in other promotions like WSOF but was later suspended for doping elsewhere.

War Machine (Jon Koppenhaver)

Boxing Under The Media Watercooler

A Most Eventful Few Months For Boxing Promoters, Streamers/Broadcasters and Fight Fans

September 2025

TKO/Zuffa/Sela vs The World ... or collaborating with the combat sports world?!

TKO's/UFC's super-promoter Dana White has been notoriously vocal with his criticisms of the boxing biz world in the past, which makes his newfound involvement in the sport all the more motivating for a promoter as competitive as Eddie Hearn.

"I'm excited to cross swords with Dana," Hearn advised. "There will never be any disrespect, if I'm honest. You're never going to see me slagging him off or talking down about him. I'm excited by the challenge because I think it's a real challenge. I don't expect Dana and TKO to come into boxing and just sit in a corner and deliver some decent numbers for shareholders. I think they're going to want to have a presence and try and dominate the sport. It's the ego that they all are blessed with.

"It's good for me in many ways. ... If he really has ambitions to try and dominate the sport, it is going to be me and him duking it out. I don't think that's bad for boxing, honestly. He probably believes he can dominate boxing, dominate me, dominate everything. And I feel the same. So you've got two guys with a lot of ambition, with deep pockets and big egos. In a pleasant way, let a battle commence."

What may be a potential low blow for the sport, however, are TKO's ongoing attempts to circumvent the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act, which has protected fighter rights (to a considerable degree) since its creation in 1999. The act is not perfect, as is the case with most rules/acts, or whatever you want to call it old sport.

Hearn has navigated boxing for decades with the Act in place and not batted much of an eye, so naturally he's dubious or even suspicious, of the intentions White and company have with the newly-introduced Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act, a TKO-backed bill which drew extensive criticism at a recent California State Athletic Commission meeting. The answer to that question, Hearn said, will provide clarity about Zuffa Boxing's future and intentions.

Eddie Hearn has some new competition in the boxing world.

This past weekend marked the first event of the long-awaited Zuffa Boxing era, helmed by UFC CEO Dana White and Saudi fight financier Turki Alalshikh. Terence "Bud" Crawford went toe-to-toe with Saul "Canelo" Alvarez to cap off the historic night Saturday in Las Vegas, with Crawford winning a unanimous decision to become undisputed super middleweight champion.

The foray into boxing has been on White's mind for several years, though ultimately it took a partnership with Riyadh Season's Alalshikh to make the ambition a reality. As a result, White and Matchroom Boxing's Hearn have now become rivals of sorts. And while the two powerhouse promoters have long maintained a friendly relationship, things did appear to shift in the lead-up to Crawford vs. Alvarez.

"Our relationship's good," Hearn said of White on "The Ariel Helwani Show." "I've never had any kind of falling out with Dana. I can't stress enough the respect I have for him.

"But you can't expect me, a guy who is extremely competitive, to not want to roll up my sleeves and see who is the best in boxing, because I believe I am the best in boxing. We're the only global promotion company in the world, and I believe I'm head and shoulders above everybody as a promoter. Call that delusion, call that arrogance, or call that the truth. But that's what I truly believe."

White has been notoriously vocal with his criticisms of the boxing world in the past, which makes his newfound involvement in the sport all the more motivating for a promoter as competitive as Hearn.

What may be problematic for the sport, however, are TKO's ongoing attempts to circumvent the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act, which has protected fighter rights since its creation in 1999.

Hearn has navigated boxing for decades with the Act in place and not batted much of an eye, so naturally he's dubious of the intentions White and company have with the newly-introduced Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act, a TKO-backed bill which drew extensive criticism at a recent California State Athletic Commission meeting. The answer to that question, Hearn said, will provide clarity about Zuffa Boxing's future and intentions.

"Why are you trying to get that Act changed or removed?" Hearn said. "The strange thing about that act is that on every [boxing] show, you have to declare to the fighters on the card the revenue of the event, which is quite unique.

"Clearly, there isn't really a problem with that in the boxing world because a significant proportion of the revenue is paid to the athletes. So maybe when there's a bigger TV deal [for TKO], the split of that revenue is not paid accordingly with the tradition of the industry, and I don't think they're going to go with the tradition of the industry. I think they will think that fighters are overpaid because [boxers] are in relation to the UFC and MMA talent."

White has already raised a few eyebrows within boxing circles in the lead-up to Crawford vs. Alvarez, boasting that he's promoted two of the three highest-selling gates in the sport's history between Saturday's event at Allegiant Stadium and the 2017 crossover spectacle between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor.

While true, Hearn believes the claim to be a bit disingenuous.

"If you really want to come into boxing and call Mayweather-McGregor one of the biggest fights of all time, please. It was an exhibition. That's not a fight," Hearn said. "And by the way, Crawford-Canelo was not Dana White's fight. It was Turki Alalshikh's fight, and [White] was invited to be the promoter. Well done, well played.

"Let's not get it twisted. The work that Turki Alalshikh has done in boxing has paved the way for Canelo-Crawford. Without Turki Alalshikh, Canelo vs. Crawford never would have happened. In fact, it wouldn't have even been a fight that Dana White would have even considered or thought of making. So well done to Dana, well done to TKO. But let's give the credit of Canelo-Crawford to Turki Alalshikh, the man that truly paid up for the fight. The man that truly had the vision for two generational greats to meet in a ring. I didn't believe that fight could get made. He went out and made it."

The partnership between Alalshikh and TKO is an interesting one for Hearn, who's worked extensively alongside the Saudi money man. How will it continue to look? How much input do White and TKO actually have?

From Hearn's experience, the answer to the latter question might not be much.

"Working with Turki Alalshikh is a wild ride," Hearn said. "Dana works at a high level. Mark Shapiro, Nick Khan, all these people — they're very, very good at what they do. They're very smart, but they also like to do what they do and what they want to do. Turki Alalshikh, I'm just being straight, he doesn't really allow you to do what you want to do. He does what he wants to do, and you follow.

"I've learned over the years of working with him, your advice mainly falls on deaf ears. He's a very smart guy, and there's a method to the madness. But the traditional ways of going on sale through tickets or announcing the press conference or even announcing the fights, it's not the traditional way with him. And I think they're going to clash, but money's money, isn't it? It depends if you're prepared to keep your mouth quiet and do as you're told. I am. Are they? That's the difference for me."

All in all, Hearn believes everyone involved with this latest venture is smart, has good contacts and connections, and has the wisdom that guarantees them to succeed, at least to a certain degree.

Yet despite all White has laid out regarding his plans to take over the sport, Hearn isn't concerned with losing his position among the sport's promotional giants.

"I don't mean it disrespectfully when I say I think I'm on another level in boxing," Hearn said. "You can see that on the deliverance. When Dana does his UFC stuff, it's the same kind of passion that I probably have inside for boxing. I can't go into MMA and deliver it in the same way. Whether you think you've got a history in the sport, it's just not the same. It's 24/7, 365 days a year — live, breathe boxing.

"There's nothing I don't know about my fighters' careers. The opponents they've faced. BoxRec is the king of my browser. I've been sitting, watching, learning the sport for 40 years. It's just different."

UFC Betting: Dolidze vs. Hernandez

Betting Odds: Anthony Hernandez: -330 to -350 (favorite across multiple sources). A bet of $330-$350 wins $100. Roman Dolidze: +260 to +276 (underdog). A $100 bet wins $260-$276.

Over 2.5 Rounds: +160, suggesting the fight is expected to go longer, potentially to a decision.
Fighter Breakdown:

Anthony Hernandez: On a seven-fight win streak, with a strong striking differential (4.5 significant strikes per minute, 63% accuracy) and excellent cardio. He’s known for relentless pressure, deft footwork, and world-class grappling, with most wins by submission. His game plan likely involves weathering Dolidze’s early aggression and dominating later rounds.

Roman Dolidze: Ranked No. 9 or 10 in the UFC middleweight division, on a three-fight win streak, including victories over Marvin Vettori and Kevin Holland. He’s a powerful grappler with a dangerous guard and prefers KO/TKO finishes. His cardio can be a concern, especially late in fights, but his size and strength make him a threat early.

Predictions and Betting Insights:

Hernandez: Favored due to his win streak, endurance, and versatility. Analysts predict he could win by unanimous decision or a late finish (Round 4 or 5) by capitalizing on Dolidze’s potential fatigue. His striking and grappling pressure are seen as key advantages.

Dolidze: Some experts, like ESPN’s Din Thomas, pick Dolidze as an underdog, citing his elite guard and ability to create problems from the bottom. He could win by submission or early KO if he catches Hernandez. His grappling and power make him a live underdog, especially at +260 or higher.

X posts show mixed sentiment: some bettors favor Dolidze as a value underdog due to his grappling and striking, while others back Hernandez’s pace and consistency. Betting Recommendations:

Hernandez to Win (-350): Safe bet for parlays due to his form and statistical edge, but the price is steep.
Over 2.5 Rounds (+160): Good value if you expect Hernandez to grind out a decision or a late finish.

Dolidze ML (+260): High-risk, high-reward for those believing in his upset potential via early KO or submission.

Dolidze by KO (+694) or Submission: Long-shot prop bets for those backing his finishing ability.

Roulette

Roulette is one of the oldest and most famous casino games around. Our roulette wheel has 37 separately numbered slots alternately coloured red and black, with the '0' coloured green. The objective is to predict which number the ball will stop on once it has been released into the spinning wheel by the dealer.

To place a bet, select your chip value from the 'BANK' window and then click directly on the area of the table on which you wish to place your bet. Multiple clicks will increase the number of chips you bet. To remove a chip, click the 'Clear last' button. Alternatively, click 'Cancel' to remove all chips from the table. All bets must be placed before the timer shown in the 'BANK' window runs out.

The dealer will spin the wheel and release the ball. Once the ball has come to rest the dealer will announce the winning number and all bets will be settled automatically. The timer will then begin counting down to the start of the next game.

You can make a number of different bets in roulette. These are split into inside bets which are bets placed on the numbered section of the table, and outside bets which are placed on the other areas.

Inside bets
Straight-up bet
A bet on an individual number. The simplest roulette bet with the highest payout chance. This bet pays at 35:1, plus the original stake.

Split bet
A two-number bet which is placed on the line connecting the two numbers– for example, covering 24 and 27. This type of bet pays 17:1 plus the original stake.

Corner bet
A four-number bet, placed at the corner of four numbers - for example, covering 8, 9, 11 and 12. This bet pays 8:1 plus the original stake.

Street bet
A three-number bet, placed at the end of a row of numbers - for example, covering 13, 14 and 15. A street bet pays 11:1 plus the original stake.

Line bet
A six-number bet placed at the junction of two street bets – for example, covering 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36. Line bets pay 5:1 plus the original stake.

Special bets
These are a number of multiple bets that are traditional to the game. Each bet covers a different group of numbers. These bets are available through the 'Special bets' button. Payouts vary for these bets.

Outside bets
Column bet
A 12-number bet, which covers all of the numbers in the corresponding column. This bet pays at 2:1 plus the stake.

Dozen bet
Another 12-number bet. Players can choose the first dozen (covering 1 to 12), the second dozen (covering 13 to 24) or the third dozen (covering 25 to 36). Again, this bet pays 2:1 plus original stake.

Colour bet
An 18-number bet, which covers all the red numbers or all the black numbers. Colour bets pay at 1:1 plus original stake.

Even/odd bet
An 18-number bet in which the player chooses to bet on any odd number or any even number. This bet pays 1:1 plus original stake.

High/low bet
Another 18-number bet covering either 1 to 18 or 19 to 36. Again this bet pays 1:1 plus the original stake. Please note that any even-money bets will be lost if the ball lands on zero.
Game features
At the bottom of the roulette screen you'll find additional options which you can use to enhance your gaming experience. These include:
Chat: Launches the chat window so you to talk to the dealers, or contact the supervisor if you need to
History: Displays the results of the recent spins of the wheel

Blackjack

Blackjack is the most popular of all casino card games. The aim of the game is to beat the dealer. You do this by making a hand that has a value of closer to 21 than the dealer's hand. You can also win if the dealer's hand goes over 21 (bust). Be careful though: if your hand goes above 21 you automatically lose.

This version of blackjack is played with eight decks of cards, which you will see the dealer shuffle at regular intervals.

Once the game has loaded you need to choose your seat at the table. Seats are numbered from one to seven. Sit at the table by clicking on any available seat displaying the 'SIT HERE' sign. If all the seats are taken you can either return to the Lobby and try another table or wait for a seat to become free.

To place a bet, select your chip value from the 'BANK' window and then click directly on the table to bet.

Important: In order for your bets to be accepted you need to click the 'Confirm' button in the 'BANK' window before the timer runs out, otherwise your bets will be removed. If a game is already in progress you will need to wait for it to complete before you can play.

When the game begins all players will be dealt two cards face up. The dealer will also get two cards, although one will be face down.

Card value
The numbered cards are all worth their face value. The face cards are all worth 10, and aces can be worth either one or 11 depending on what will give you the best hand. If the first two cards dealt to you total 21 (an ace and a 10) you have blackjack. Blackjack wins pay 3:2 on the player's original stake. Other wins pay at 1:1.

Each player takes turns to act on his or her hand, starting from the player at the right. When it is your turn to act you will be presented with a number of options:

Stand: you wish to take no further action on your hand.
Hit: you wish to take another card to try to improve the value of your hand. This option can be used multiple times.
Double: you wish to double the amount you have bet on your hand and can receive one more card only.
Split: this option is only available if your first two cards are of the same value. By choosing this option you will double your bet and receive two more cards, effectively giving you two hands to play. If you split aces, you'll receive one more card per hand, and can't hit for extra cards. 21 hit after splitting is not blackjack as the cards are not the first two dealt, and therefore only pays 1:1. You can’t split hands more than once.
Once all players have acted the dealer will turn over her face-down card. If her hand is worth 16 or less she must deal another card. This continues until the dealer's hand is valued at 17 or higher.

When the dealer has a hand of between 17 and 21, she will pay all players with a hand closer to 21 than her own. If the player's hand is the same value as the dealer's, the hand is a 'push' or a tie, and the player keeps his stake. If the dealer's hand busts, all remaining players will be paid.

Insurance
If the dealer's face-up card is an ace all players are offered an insurance bet. This bet is half the player's stake. If the dealer has blackjack this bet will pay at 2:1. If the dealer does not have blackjack the bet is lost and the hands are played as normal.

Game features
If you wish to talk to the dealer or the supervisor you can open the chat window by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen. The window can be moved or resized.

Baccarat

Baccarat is a game in which the player bet on whether their hand or the house banker's hand will be closest in value to nine, or if the hands will be tied. It is played with eight decks of cards, which are shuffled regularly by the dealer.

Card values
Aces are worth one. Face cards and 10s are worth zero. All other cards are worth their face value.

If the cards in a hand total more than 10 points, simply subtract 10 to obtain the baccarat point value of the hand. For example, two 8s total 16, but counts as six.

A two-card total of nine is the best hand possible and is called a 'natural'. The second-best hand is a natural eight.

If both the player and the banker are dealt identical hands, the game ends in a tie.

To place a bet, select the amount you want to wager in the 'BANK' window and then click directly on the 'Player', 'Tie' or 'Banker' areas of the table. Once the timer has run down the dealer will begin dealing the cards. If there is a game in progress you will need to wait until it has been completed before placing your bet.

When the game begins, the dealer will deal two cards to the player and two to the banker. If the value of either hand is eight or nine (a natural) the hand is complete and no further cards are dealt. Otherwise cards are dealt according to the rules below.

The player's hand
Depending on the point value of the first two cards, the following actions will take place:

Point value of first two cards
0 to 5 Draws a third card

6 to 7 No more cards

0 to 5 'Natural', no more cards

Game features
Additional features of the baccarat game can be found at the bottom of the screen.

I could not complete the game. What should I do?
If you get disconnected in the middle of a game of roulette or baccarat the game will progress as normal: you can see the results of your bets by checking the game logs when you next use our live dealer service. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care Team.

If you get disconnected in the middle of a game of blackjack your hand will automatically stand. Again, you can see the results of your bets by checking the game logs when you next use our live dealer service or by contacting our Customer Care Team.
