The
world is aware of the bushfire emergency in Australia
and wrestling legend and all round great guy Chris
Jericho is chipping in to assist.
Jericho
enjoys a strong and passionate fan following down
under for both his wrestling and his music ('Fozzy')
rock band.
Chris
Jericho wrestled a world class match against Hiroshi
Tanahashi this past Saturday at New Japan's equivalent
to 'WrestleMania', Wrestle Kingdom 14.
The multi-time champion and current AEW Champion is
auctioning off the t-shirt he wore at the New Japan
Pro-Wrestling supershow to help raise funds for those
effected by Australian bushfires, which are the worse
in the history of the land down under.
The
auction has commenced, with all proceeds going to
Victorias Country Fire Authority and the New
South Wales Rural Fire Service.
Aussie
wrestler, Gino Gambino, hit up Twitter with the news
on Jerichos goodwill and leadership.
Interestingly
this was around the same time as All Elite Wrestling
top brass Cody Rhodes announced he would donate 100%
of the profits from his retro Cody t-shirt towards
Australian bushfire relief.
The
Media Man agency was quick to pound on the news from
Cody, and is delighted to follow up or Double Down,
if you will, by Jericho aka "The Painmaker".
Jericho often plays a villain, but the cat is well
and truly out of the bag about Jericho being a great
bloke in reality.

Today @IAmJericho
spoke to myself and @RobbieEagles_
about the devastating fires . Chris really wanted
to help out all his fans in #Australia affected by
these events, and has donated his WK14 ring worn T-shirt.
ALL of the money will be donated https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0
The
auction has six-days remaining, and you can view it
here.

Jericho
often plays the villain or heel, as its know in wrestling,
but is really a great bloke! Ok, he's the Painmaker!

Chris
Jericho is also the frontman of rock band Fozzy
